How to run this test

  1. Connect the wheel and pedals and press a wheel button.

  3. Press each pedal fully, one at a time.
  4. Note which axis index each pedal uses for your game bindings.

How to read the result

Rotation
The dial shows axis 0 across an illustrative ±450 degree scale. Your wheel may use a different range; what matters is that the value moves smoothly from −1 to +1.
Pedals
Each pedal should move one axis from end to end. A pedal that never reaches the end, or jumps while held still, usually needs its sensor cleaned or replaced.

Questions about this test

My wheel is not detected. Why?
Many wheels need their vendor driver installed before they appear as a game controller, and some only work in a specific compatibility mode. Check the mode switch and install the driver first.
Can I test force feedback?
Browsers do not expose force feedback for wheels. Use the vendor software for that.
